You will then receive a return approval code. Ship your defective item to PCG address below. Upon receipt, we will immediately ship a replacement.

You Brake it, We replace it!

All PowerTRIP items come with a 5 year exchange for damaged items with applicable exchange fee. PCG reserves the right to provide same model refurbished or a product of equal to greater value.
